產品退換政策

本公司為顧客提供「7日產品退換服務」,於本網站購買的產品均可享有由收貨日計起7日的產品退換服務,所購產品必須保持完好包裝,包裝未有任何破損,並且產品未經開封及使用。


重要事項:如出現下述情況任何其中一項情況,本公司將不會提供產品退換服務:


1.產品收貨期已超過7日
2.產品包裝已破損
3.人為損壞的產品
4.特價產品、推廣產品及折扣產品
5.任何免費贈品及/或試用裝禮品
6.非產品質素有問題

 

因衛生問題,所有已開封或使用過的貼身產品均不獲退換。
保養期內如產品素質有問題且符合本公司退換政策,可享有免費更換同價值產品或升級服務。


有關產品退換,一概以產品退換政策為準,如產品因未能符合產品退換政策內之條款,本公司有權依照原來之訂單收取費用。

如有任何爭議,YS Creative Tech HK Ltd保留最終決定權。

 

產品退換


如產品因誤送、送抵產品損壞或送抵產品與所訂不符,請先與本公司的客戶服務部聯絡,並提供以下資料以便跟進:


1. 訂單號碼

2. 需更換或退回之產品名稱

3. 退換貨品之原因

4. 退換貨品詳情

 

本公司將發出退換通知編號及有關產品退換之指引。

Maintenance & Product Return Policy

Our company provides customers with "7 days products return service", products purchased on this site from the date of receipt can enjoy the product return service, the purchase of products must remain intact packaging, packaging without any damages and the product has not been opened and used.

IMPORTANT: The Company will not provide money refund for products if one of the following reasons fulfilled:

 

1.Product receipt period has more than 7 days;

6.Non-product quality problems.

 

Due to hygiene problem, all opened or used personal products are not returned.

Maintenance period, such as product quality problems and in line with the company returned policy, can enjoy a free replacement with the value of products or upgrade services.


If the products fail to comply with the terms of the Product Return Policy, the Company shall be entitled to charge fees in accordance with the original order.

In case of any dispute, YS Creative Tech HK Ltd reserves the right of final decision.

PRODUCT RETURN:


If the product is misdirected or damaged, or if the product is not in conformity with the order, please contact our customer service department and provide the following information to follow up:


1. Order number.
2. The name of the product to be replaced or returned.
3. The reason for returned goods.
4. Returned goods details.

 

The Company will issue a replacement notice number and related product's return guideline.
